Deep Tissue 

Similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).


Trigger point compression and passive stretching to increase range of motion, strength, endurance and improved function. Manipulation used to alleviate underlying causes of pain, release spasms and rebuild strength of injured  tissues.

Cupping can help reduce pain after injury and is especially popular among athletes. In standard massage, tissue is being compressed to enhance blood flow. In cupping, the reverse effect occurs, rising the skin and the tissue with the use of a silicone cup. The cup is placed on the skin and as the air is removed through a pumping method the skin rises just like a vacuum suction.  During the cupping method, the goal is to enhance blood flow to a specific region of the body.  The following conditions are an excellent choice for cupping: Shoulder pain due to stiffness, overuse, lower neck pain and back pain, joint swelling,  and hip discomfort.


Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage. Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches on a floor mat and fully clothed.

Myofascial Release

A very effective way of applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore range of motion.

Hot Stone

The touch of the therapist's hands combined with warm basalt lava stones and aromatic oils increases circulation to stressed muscles, and induces deep relaxation.


TMJ patients may be able to lesson the pain and stiffness in the jaw, face, and neck. Therapist massages the muscles surrounding  the temporamandibular joint easing TMJ symptoms.

Rossiter Stretch

The Rossiter System works by stretching deep connective tissue and creating space to lessen irritation on nerve endings, thereby decreasing pain sensations.  The body is able to move feely again without restriction, friction or tension.

A fast, effective way to relieve tension while fully clothed in a relaxed atmosphere. Focus is on  neck, shoulders and back. We offer them periodically after small group fitness classes!                     

Body Therapies

CranioSacral Therapy

A gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. CrainoSacral Therapy makes gentle corrections and provides the ultimate in relaxation and pain relief benefits. 

Structural Balancing Therapy

The practitioner will observe the client, how they stand, walk and other general movements. Therapeutic massage is then used to relax the structural muscles followed by stretches designed to guide structural muscles into their normal range of motion. Structural balancing benefits those with: Chronic pain, poor posture, scoliosis, Fibromyalgia, Scar Tissue, Tingling/Numbness

Introductory Session

An initial session begins with a postural assessment and movement analysis followed by therapeutic massage and a series of stretches. 90 minutes:  $120

One Structural Balancing Session

This is a complete session addressing the client from "head to toe" - offering an assessment of the body both before and after the session, therapeutic massage and stretching.  90 minutes:  $130

Structural Balance Series

A series of 4 sessions helps to augment the healing process by allowing the therapist to go a bit deeper and build on the work completed in the previous session. The appropriate frequency of sessions depends on each individuals's unique issues.  (4) 90-minute sessions:  $495


Maintenance begins when the therapist and client agree the therapeutic goals have been achieved. Sessions help prevent regression while maintaining the desired level of structural balance. One Maintenance Session 60 minutes:  $95  (4) 60-minute sessions:  $360
